The 250/1100 mm carbon filter is designed for professional air extraction systems where effective odour control is essential . Its interior is filled with RC412 activated carbon, produced in Australia and activated by steam at very high temperatures. This type of carbon is characterized by high porosity, low density and extremely high absorption capacity, making it one of the most effective materials for air filtration.

The air passes through a thick layer of activated carbon, which traps odor molecules before they reach the extractor and are removed from the room. This system ensures a constant flow of purified air, free from unpleasant odors. For maximum efficiency, the filter should be installed before the extractor so that the entire air flow passes through the carbon.

Falcon uses an aluminum outer mesh with high air permeability , which combines low weight and excellent mechanical strength. No adhesives or binders are used in the production, which allows maximum use of the activated carbon and provides better airflow. Each filter is sealed immediately after production to preserve the freshness and effectiveness of the activated carbon until the moment of use.

📋 Installation and maintenance

• Install the filter before the extractor so that the entire airflow passes through the activated carbon.
