Fan speed controller VENTS RS-1-400 – 230 V, 1.8 A

How it works

The RS-1-400 regulates the speed by changing the voltage supplied to the motor . The control starts from a preset minimum value and allows a smooth reaching of maximum speed. The minimum speed can be set via a potentiometer on the electronic board.

This is important with fans that should not be reduced below a certain speed to keep the motor stable and properly cooled.

Controlling multiple fans

One RS-1-400 can control more than one compatible fan simultaneously if:

total current of all connected fans ≤ 1.8 A.

For example, with two fans with a current of 0.6 A each, the total load is 1.2 A and remains within the permissible range.
